Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website and check a certificate, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Last reviewed 30 October 2026

1.Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website and the public certificate register.

2.What we do

  • Pages work with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator
  • Text and controls meet colour contrast guidelines in light and dark themes
  • Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
  • Animation respects your device’s reduced-motion setting
  • Certificates can be verified by typing their number as well as by scanning the QR code

3.Known limitations

Certificate PDFs are designed for printing and may not be fully accessible to screen readers. The same information is available as text in our public register.

4.Report a barrier

If something on this site is hard to use, email hello@cert.solutions and tell us the page and the problem. We will reply within five working days and, where we can, provide the information in another format.
