Can our audits be held remotely?

Yes, where the standard and the accreditation rules allow it. Stage 1 is often remote; Stage 2 may combine remote interviews with a site visit, depending on what you do and where you do it.

Do you certify companies outside California?

Yes. This office serves clients across the United States, Canada and Latin America, and works with our other offices for clients with sites elsewhere.

Is a certificate from the US office valid in other countries?

Yes. Accredited certificates are recognised internationally through the IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement, whichever office issues them.
